Ebook Download | Electroluminescence I, Volume 64 (Semiconductors and Semimetals) | I found this book to be very informative and comprehensive. It includes 5 reviews written by different research groups. Three of those reviews are dedicated to LEDs based on inorganic semiconductors, and the last two are about organic electroluminescence. As a person that is much closer to organic technology, I still found the reviews on inorganic electroluminescence to be very clear and easy to understand. Organic LED chapters would be easy to understand too, even for a beginner in the area. I could say the little drawback of at least this volume is that the inroganic thin film electroluminescence is completely ignored.
